If you're ready to excel in a role that offers growth opportunities and plays a vital role in our financial operations, we want to hear from youThis is an onsite position located at our Indianapolis office.Duties and ResponsibilitiesA/P Invoice entrySubcontractor complianceSubcontractor paymentsVendor complianceVerify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statementCompany Phone BillCompany Credit CardsVendor communication responding to inquiriesAccount reconciliationMailing Vendor PaymentsOther duties as assignedQualification & RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Business preferredValid driver's licensePass a background checkProven working experience as an Accounts Payable ClerkSolid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principlesHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent data entry, analytical, problem solving, and communication skillsAbility to work independently along with strong collaboration skillsCompensation and Benefits$23-$25 hourly range, commensurate based on experienceMedical, Vision, and Dental InsuranceCompany paid life insuranceCompany paid short-term disability401(k) PlanPTO, Vacation & HolidaysOn-site gym with showers-free accessBone Dry Roofing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
