Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team. Executes standard operational/technical tasks typically subject to instructions and work routines. There is latitude to rearrange the sequence to complete task/duties based on changing work situations.Essential Responsibilities:Oversee and manage front line manufacturing production associates for respective businessPerform employee performance evaluationsConduct and execute on manpower planning and training to develop adequate skills within the team to meet customer requirements/demandMentor team leaders in the ability to problem solve and coach peersResolve problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedentWork together with colleagues across site specific business unitBe responsible for Safety, quality, Delivery and cost metrics for the assigned teamCoach, counsel, recognize and discipline as necessaryAbility to communicate across all levels of the organization and functions of the Rutland facility, including direct reports, peers, Senior leadership as well as maintenance, Quality, EHS and financeFlexibility in schedule to work an off shift position. 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years in manufacturing experience)Desired Characteristics:Lean Manufacturing experienceHumble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learnTransparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructivelyFocused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committedLeadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborativeProblem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinkerThe salary range for this position is $75,500.00 - 94,300.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
