Apply today and help us build the future of telecommunicationsEssential ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment for our telecommunications division: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offersLeverage data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies, track performance, and ensure timely fulfillment of priority roles while meeting key hiring KPI'sUse innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven tools, including LinkedIn and Indeed, to identify and engage top talent across diverse marketsAccountable for developing and sustaining a robust talent pipeline for key positions, ensuring alignment with business and operational objectivesPartner with business leaders to design strategic recruitment plans aligned with long-term goalsChampion internal mobility and career development opportunities for team membersCraft engaging and inclusive job postings optimized for visibility on leading platformsDevelop and maintain strong working relationships based on trust and transparency with hiring managers, HR team, and other key business stakeholders throughout the organizationQualificationsThe preferred candidate will bring a blend of full cycle corporate recruiting expertise and high-volume agency experience, with at least 3+ years of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, including advanced search techniques and talent mappingStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levelsKnowledge of HR principles, compensation structures, and talent managementResilience, critical thinking, and organizational excellence in a fast-paced settingWorking ConditionsWork with a passionate team that values innovation and collaborationMake a tangible impact on our business and the careers of talented professionalsEnjoy hybrid flexibility with regular in-office time for collaboration and team connectionRepresents LTS at recruitment events and meetings, traveling up to 15% of the timeThe Ledcor Group of Companies is one of North America's most diversified construction companies.
