  • CNA Job Summary

    Perform various resident care activities and services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of nursing home residents in Keosauqua, IA.

  • CNA Responsibilities

    Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and techniques for caring for residents with therapeutic, neuro, and dementia needs, as well as those requiring dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care.
    Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures, ensuring resident safety and well-being.
    Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, following the established Care Plan.
    Interact with residents, family members, and staff in a non-judgmental and supportive manner.
    Additional duties as assigned to follow the Care Plan.

  • CNA Qualifications

    High school graduate or GED preferred.
    Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, obtained through a State-approved training program and examination.
    Provide documentation of certification upon application.

  • Work Details

    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: Starting at $20/hr
    Physical setting: Long term care, Nursing home
    Standard shift: Day, Evening, Night
    Weekly schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotating weekends
    License/Certification: CNA (Required)
    Work Location: In person
