Position Summary

As Rimon enters its next phase of growth and expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced accounting manager to help oversee financial operations. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with global teams and leaders across the organization.


Essential Functions & Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Manage the preparation and consolidation of financial statements for international subsidiaries in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  • Responsible for intercompany billing and management fee calculation
  • Responsible for accuracy of our commission-based payments to attorneys
  • Proof the financial reconciliations of international accounting resources and fill in the gaps to ensure US GAAP compliance
  • Coordination of accounting software setup for new entities to ensure compliance with consolidation requirements
  • Advise on entity setup and compliance coordination
  • Ownership of subsidiary financial close and assistance with consolidation
  • Input on tax strategy for implementing intercompany operating agreements
  • Assist with external audit and income tax reporting
  • Assist with the documentation of internal controls, accounting policies and procedures


Essential Capabilities

  • At least 7 years total professional accounting experience, working directly with senior level leaders – required
  • Experience with intercompany billing and foreign currency translations
  • Experience with international entity set-up and consolidations
  • Experience with commission-based payroll structures and revenue sharing arrangements a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate attorneys and staff- required
  • Experience with accrual to cash basis accounting - required
  • Strong ability to adapt to new software and applications, savvy with technology, and comfortable in a remote environment
  • Public accounting firm experience, specifically in with a focus on international taxation, would be beneficial. Audit experience is also a plus.
  • Moderate to expert level understanding of transfer pricing (preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree with an Accounting major is required
  • CPA license a plus
