Inside Sales RepresentativeAs an Inside Sales Representative at AlphaGraphics, your primary role is generating sales and taking care of existing customers. You will be responsible for handling outbound calls and emails...gathering important information...providing a quote...and following up with customers and prospects. You will also be responsible for creating, growing, and maintaining your book of business for which you will be paid commissions. You should be comfortable talking on the phone with customers and prospects. Training will be provided, but you should be comfortable picking up the phone and contacting customers and prospects. You should have a service mentality and enjoy talking to people and providing excellent customer service. You should be organized and ideally comfortable using the Google Suite for email and calendar. You need to be able to operate in a fun and fast-paced environment. You need to be willing to learn new things and follow our process and procedure for sales and marketing. During your training and onboarding process, you will be in the office 90% and out in front of customers and prospects 10% with the goal of moving towards a 50/50 split of time inside versus outside. If you have worked in the printing and signage industry, that is a plus but not a requirement. Customer Service experience is a requirement.An Inside Sales Representative performs all business development functions related to Inside Sales, including the following:Develops a detailed knowledge of all AlphaGraphics products and services, production processes, capabilities, and pricingMaintains a professional appearanceEnsures all clients have a positive customer experienceProvides customers with the benefits they will experience when using our products and servicesConsults with customers to help them make decisions; upsells and cross-sells when there are opportunitiesCaptures customers specifics using Job Analysis questionsAsks probing questionsReviews customers proofs, manages the proofing process, and calls customers when jobs are ready for pick upCreates job estimates that are prepared in a timely manner, professionally presented and carefully reviewed for job pricing and accuracyRoutinely resolves customer inquiries and complaintsDisplays necessary mastery of MIS tools to create and estimate customer projects effectivelyMaintains current pricing strategies and customer billing proceduresInside Sales Representative Responsibilities:Assists in updating the mailing list databaseAssists sales rep functions and inside production when requestedFollows up and manages Inbound LeadsFollows up on targeted direct mail or local Shop mailingsKeeps customers informed regarding their jobs progress through the production processShows proficiency in regular use of CRM toolsEffectively manages all communication methods currently available to them to respond timely to customer inquiriesInside Sales Representative Qualifications:Account Management experience is preferred but not requiredKnowledge of printing and prepress requirements a plusPossesses a solid knowledge of MIS systems and order entry processesHandles all communications with customers in a professional and respectful mannerStrong analytical skills (break projects into steps or sets)Excellent writing and verbal skillsProfessional appearance and decorumStrong organizational and time-management skillsCompensation: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearAt AlphaGraphics, we offer careers for everyone Whether you are just starting out, looking for that next great growth opportunity, or seeking a change, we have exciting roles to suit you.
