This is an integral front line leader role that focuses tactical, logistical and strategic execution of the staffing plan for the enterprise daily.Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions:Analyze Staffing MetricsMaximize Staffing Resources OverallSupervise Staff Development and TrainingSupervise Quality Control and Staff EngagementResourceRequired Minimum Education:Bachelor's Degree in a healthcare or business-related field. High school diploma GED with 4 years of commensurate related experience will be considered in lieu of degree.Required Minimum License(s) and Certification(s):All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated.Additional License(s) and Certification(s):Required Minimum Experience:Minimum 2 years experience in a workforce planning or business operations role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Required and Minimum 1 year of work experience in a customer service driving role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Required and Minimum 1 year work experience acting in lead or resource to others capacity leading, supervising, or coaching peers/colleagues. RequiredRequired Minimum Skills:Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite, relational databases and file structures. Strong logical, mathematical, organizational, verbal, and written communication and interpersonal skills. Must have strong analytical and computer skills. Customer relationship management acumen. Must be able to work collaboratively with staff and function under stress. Must be able to effectively communicate and understand verbal and written English language. Must be able to communicate effectively in a courteous, professional, and tactful manner. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
