*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will work with patients across various age groups, including those in early intervention and geriatrics, to help them achieve their maximum potential in daily living and working activities. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and occupational health will be essential in developing effective care plans tailored to each individual‘s needs.

*Duties*
* Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on their specific conditions and goals.
* Implement therapeutic interventions that promote the development of skills necessary for daily living and working.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including speech therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding treatment plans and strategies for improvement.
* Conduct discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition from therapy to home or other settings.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in occupational therapy.

*Qualifications*
* A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
* Knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to occupational therapy practices.
* Experience or training in early intervention, geriatrics, or school-based therapy is preferred.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
* Ability to develop comprehensive care plans that address individual patient needs.
* Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes through evidence-based practices.

Pay: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour
