Learn more about our benefits and how they contribute to your success As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you will: Ensure efficient admission and discharge processes for optimal patient throughput. Engage in the assessment and improvement of care quality in collaboration with the management team. Foster teamwork and communication among staff for improved patient outcomes. Support our patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary. Participate in staff recruitment, training, and evaluation. Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor in line with patient care needs. Oversee inventory control and supply management. What qualifications do you need? Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment. A valid Registered Nurse license. A diploma in nursing. No travel is required for this position.
