Lead Superintendent - Mission Critical ConstructionAs a Lead Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for driving project execution and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:Oversee daily operations on mid and large-scale mission critical job sitesCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to maintain schedule and qualityEnforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standardsCommunicate regularly with project managers, clients, and field teamsMaintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety audits, and as-built recordsMonitor quality control and proactively resolve field issuesLead site meetings and ensure alignment across all tradesMentor junior field staff and promote a positive job site cultureMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
