Join us in our mission to empower clients on their journeys toward healing and growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (associates are welcome) located in Seattle, WA. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing treatment plans, providing relationship counseling, managing cases, and collaborating with clients to achieve their goals. The role supports clients on their paths to mental and emotional well-being while maintaining rigorous standards of care.QualificationsExperience in Treatment Planning and Case ManagementExpertise in Mental Health and PsychologySkills in Relationship Counseling and providing support for couples and familiesActive licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of WashingtonStrong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to maintaining ethical and professional standardsKnowledge of evidence-based therapy modalitiesMaster's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related fieldExperience working within diverse communities and populations is a plus
