Administrative position. Hours are 8 AM-5PM Monday through Friday with a 1-hour lunch. Candidate will be vetted the temp service before getting hired permanently. Once hired permanently, candidate will qualify for benefits, paid holidays, etc. Pay starts at $18/Hr. Candidate must have the following skills:

· Multi-Functional Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
•             Perform necessary data entry and record keeping activities  
•             Manage outbound mailing for facility, including return manifests and important documents
•             Track waste materials 
•             Manage waste tracking systems and databases
•             Sign, code, separate, and scan manifests
•             Various other office duties
 
Qualifications
•             Knowledge of waste industry
•             Experience in waste tracking
•             Excellent organizational and time management abilities
•             Ability to work alone and in a team environment
•             Great communication skills
•             Ability to multi-task
•             Ability to operate a computer efficiently
•             Skilled in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
•             Shipping/Receiving experience is a plus
•             Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 

We are a very fast-paced work environment with very little down time. Candidate will be required to pass a background and drug test. Candidate will need reliable transportation.
