Are you passionate about helping children receive the education and care they deserve? Tilly is seeking dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapists for school settings. This rewarding position allows you to be an integral part of a child's care team, witnessing firsthand the positive impact you have on their lives.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct services including individual, group, or push-in sessions as specified in a student's Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
  • Offer consultation services, collaborating with parents, teachers, and educational specialists in alignment with the services outlined in a student's IEP.
  • Administer and complete necessary assessments and evaluations for students.
  • Maintain detailed and regularly updated logs of student services, documenting dates and times.
  • Actively participate in IEP team meetings.
  • Regularly complete and report on student progress on a quarterly basis.
  • Maintain consistent communication with IEP team members to ensure effective collaboration and coordination of services.


Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, families, and other professionals.
  • Strong leadership skills.
