Strategic Account ManagerWe're looking for a Strategic Account Manager to join us here at Sign In Solutionssomeone who excels at creating long-term, trusting relationships with customers and driving strategic growth. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing accounts, and actively seek new sales opportunities. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholdersincluding C-level executiveswhile navigating complex relationships, aligning solutions with client goals, and delivering measurable value. Our values guide our daily interactions and decisions.Customer First We prioritize the needs of our customers in everything we do.Respect & Dignity We foster an inclusive, supportive, and diverse workplace.Accountability & Empowerment We take ownership and empower each other to succeed.Honesty & Positivity We communicate openly and celebrate wins, big and small.We're Here to Win We push boundaries and strive for excellence.What You Will Be Doing:Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for key clientsOwn and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts with a focus on long-term success and profitabilityBuild strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders and executive sponsorsDrive client strategy by deeply understanding their business goals, identifying opportunities for expansion, and delivering tailored solutionsLead contract negotiations and renewals with a focus on win-win outcomesCollaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Successto ensure seamless delivery and account satisfactionProvide regular performance updates and strategic reviews with both internal teams and clientsTrack, forecast, and report on key metrics such as client health, revenue growth, and churn riskIdentify and mitigate risks to account performance, addressing issues with urgency and transparencyRepresent the voice of the customer internally to influence product development and operational improvementsSkills:5+ years of progressive experience as an Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in a client-facing consultative sales roleExperience working in a SaaS or security-focused company is strongly preferredBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA a plus)Proven success in managing complex client relationships and negotiating high-value contractsStrong communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive and boardroom environmentsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and align stakeholders on shared objectivesProficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM; advanced Excel skills a plusAdept at balancing multiple priorities and projects with strong attention to detailExperience developing account plans, managing budgets, and meeting or exceeding sales quotasA proactive, analytical, and growth-minded approach to account managementWillingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, events, or internal collaborationThis isn't just about us getting to know you.
