Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Parts Specialist at MY USA PARTS located in Seminole, FL. The Parts Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing assistance and guidance in selecting the right parts, processing orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The Parts Specialist will also collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient delivery of parts to customers.

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
• Strong customer service skills and ability to effectively communicate with customers
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
