Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.Sales & Metrics Mindedness - Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.Inventory Management & Store Operations - Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper point of sale procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.Process Orientation & Safety Compliance - Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
