As a Product Leader for Secure Service Edge, you will deliver network security solutions to protect employee access to Capital One business and productivity apps, SaaS apps and internet destinations, with a consistent and simplified user experience, irrespective of whether they're working from campus, back-office or remote locations, by leveraging a risk-based approach and data-driven strategy to balance security, user experience and digital business transformation.Capital One Product Framework In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product management: Human Centered - Obsesses about internal and external customer needs to reimagine and innovate product solutions Business Focused - Delivers game-changing outcomes by focusing on leverage and execution excellence Technology Driven - Leverages technology to deliver innovative and resilient solutions that enable both near term and long term value Integrated Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves complex problems to deliver outcomes while mitigating product risks Transformational Leadership - Leads cross functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignmentBasic Qualifications At least 7 years of experience working in Product Management Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration At least 6 years of experience working in information technology At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security Preferred Qualifications Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products 3+ years of experience in cloud-based or on-prem network security products and services (Secure Service Edge SSE, Cloud Access Security Broker CASB, Secure Web Gateway SWG, NGFW, VPN, Zero Trust Networking ZTNA) One or more professional certifications in Cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, etc.) Experience solutioning, deploying and managing network security infrastructure within enterprisesAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position. Chicago, IL: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management McLean, VA: $226,000 - $257,900 for Director, Product Management New York, NY: $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product Management Plano, TX: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management Richmond, VA: $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management San Francisco, CA: $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
