Job Description:

You will be supporting the Supply Chain function by expediting and tracking all deliverables for assigned items, including equipment and materials required for Purchase Orders, Contracts, or Projects. Proactively manage and expedite items, utilizing stakeholder meetings, systems, templates, and processes to mitigate or identify potential risks. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key client groups, including engineering, project team members, contractors, quality, and other SCM team members like Logistics.


Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in a high-paced environment.

- Good working knowledge and experience with expediting best practices, logistics, purchasing, and project document requirements.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.

- Equivalent combination of experience, training, and/or education.

- Coordination skills, ability to multi-task, follow up, and manage timelines.

- Ability to work on diverse projects with conflicting deadlines.

- Customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

- Working knowledge of Engineering and Vendor Documentation.

- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.


Preferred:

- Knowledge of MS Windows/Outlook and Office Suite.

- Familiarity with SharePoint, Oracle Cloud, and Salesforce.

- Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g., Project Management, Purchasing/Supply Chain Management, B.Com, Finance, Business Admin).
