LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a construction company in Lewisville, TX who is hiring for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to process payroll, assist with HR and maintain employee records. This is an onsite contract to hire opportunity. Apply now if your background fits the below criteria

Primary Functions:

  • Maintain existing employee files
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Process time records in hh2
  • Maintaining hh2 timekeeping records
  • Maintain I-9 binders and I-9 retention forms
  • Assist with benefit enrollment announcements
  • Support new hire onboarding activities
  • Assist with event planning – holiday and HR events
  • Assist with various HR projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in administrative roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Eye for detail is required
  • Experience using Sage 300 CRE- required
  • Proficient with Microsoft365 software
  • Bilingual (Spanish)- required
