Lawn Care TechnicianLawn Doctor is looking for individuals dedicated to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services to join our team. Our Lawn Care Technicians are customer-facing brand ambassadors.Responsibilities include:Fertilizing lawns and applying other regulated pest control products to lawns, landscape beds, and trees and shrubsAerating lawnsPreparing and seeding lawnsMaintaining the appearance of their assigned equipment and vehiclesInteracting respectfully and positively with customers, the public, and other Lawn Doctor technicians and employeesMaintaining necessary and proper communication with the office throughout the dayBehaving in a professional and courteous manner at all timesDemonstrating honesty and integrity at all timesIf you enjoy working outdoors; being out on your own with little direct supervision, and would like a chance to change the world one lawn at a time, we'd love to talk with you. Lawn Doctor believes that employees who are given a chance to grow professionally will help to grow our business.The ideal candidate for this position must be at least 21 years of age and have a strong work ethic, valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable transportation to work, and good attendance record. Work experience in the lawn care industry is good but not necessary.
