Our mission is to be the global benchmark for trust and transparency in digital media quality.The Director, Product Management will be a subject matter expert for our industry-leading CTV and programmatic ad products, including our proprietary publisher ad server, Publica, within the Integral Ad Science (IAS) portfolio. This individual will analyze the digital and CTV ad ecosystem, identify high-potential areas of opportunity, and drive product innovation across our advertiser and publisher offerings. Responsibilities include roadmap planning, competitive analysis, market requirement gathering, and close collaboration with engineering, data science, and product marketing, as well as commercial stakeholders.You'll play a key leadership role, mentoring and developing your team, and fostering a strong, collaborative product culture across geographically distributed groups. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on IAS's growing CTV and programmatic business, leveraging expertise from both IAS and Publica teams.What You'll Get To Do:Develop strategy and vision for IAS's CTV and programmatic product offerings, informed by customer, market, and partner feedbackConduct research and opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts within the evolving CTV/programmatic landscapeDrive competitive analysis to inform product development and positioningBuild and communicate a prioritized roadmap for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with highly cross-functional teams to plan, develop, and deliver product initiatives through the entire lifecycleMentor and elevate product managers, developing a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementEncourage knowledge sharing and collaboration across IAS and Publica teams to maximize strengths and expertiseCommunicate the value and vision of products and new opportunities to engineering, client services, operations, sales, marketing, and executivesPartner with Product Marketing on go-to-market execution to evangelize product features and drive adoptionServe as an internal and external advocate for your productsYou Should Apply If You Have Most Of This Experience:12+ years in a Product Management role, with at least 3+ years focused on programmatic and/or CTV/digital advertising products3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing product teamsIn-depth knowledge of CTV/programmatic ad products, industry technologies, and ecosystem (SSAI, header bidding, ad serving, DSPs, SSPs, etc.)Demonstrated leadership, people development, and mentoring of product teamsOutstanding analytical and technical skills; ability to harness data and market trends for product strategyProven ability to deliver products to market, effectively communicate their impact and success, and demonstrate measurable resultsExcellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, including leadershipDemonstrated passion for continuous learning, adaptability in rapidly changing environments, and a growth mindset with a willingness to "lean in" and execute as well as leadEmpathy, strong listening skills, and the ability to inspire, unite, and build consensus across teams and geographiesguiding groups through change, ambiguity, and complex organizational dynamicsNew York and California Applicants: The salary range for this position is $161,000 - $276,000. Actual pay may vary based on experience or geographic location.Integral Ad Science offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions.
