Join us as a Warehouse Supervisor and take charge of daily operations, team performance, and continuous improvement.The Warehouse Supervisor leads day-to-day operations in shipping, receiving, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across the team. You'll assign tasks and drive team performance for warehouse employees across all shifts, keeping everything moving smoothly and on time.What You Will DoLead and Develop Team: Manage, support, and motivate warehouse staff. Participate in hiring and performance reviews. Monitor team metrics and KPIs.Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, order picking, packing, and shipping. Identify problems, perform root cause analyses, and provide solutions.Drive Process Improvements: Lead projects to streamline warehouse operations. Collaborate with teams on improvement initiatives and special assignments.Plan and Manage Inventory: Create schedules, work instructions, and manage execution. Oversee inventory, replenishment, and materials management.Ensure Quality, Safety, and Compliance: Enforce safety, quality, and housekeeping standards. Promote responsible use of equipment and safe working conditions.Support Leadership and Budgeting: Act as backup for the Warehouse or Materials Manager, when needed. Contribute to budget planning and control.What You Will BringEducation: Highschool diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.Experience: 5+ years leading warehouse and shipping teams.
