The position also requires close collaboration with the business development team on strategic growth initiatives./ppThis is an ideal opportunity for an operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site clinical environment and can bring excellent people management skills, discipline, structure, and strategic thinking to a complex organization./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliProvide executive leadership across 20+ healthcare service centers./liliOversee all clinical and administrative staff, ensuring efficient, consistent operations./liliConduct critical assessments of process flow to ensure every referral is captured, tracked, and seen./liliOptimize scheduling, workflow, utilization, and financial efficiency across centers./liliPartner closely with business development to support strategic growth initiatives./liliDrive accountability, delegation, and performance across teams./liliLead integration planning for newly acquired centers./liliDeliver measurable progress on key projects and offer thought leadership on the growth strategy/liliTravel approximately 50% to operational sites./li/ulh3Qualifications Requirements/h3pThe ideal candidate will bring:/pulliProven experience leading operations in a multi-site healthcare or clinical services environment./liliA track record of building scalable processes, improving productivity, and managing large field-based teams./liliStrong analytical capability and comfort with data-driven decision-making./liliAbility to operate at both strategic and tactical levels./liliDemonstrated success driving integration of new locations or acquisitions./li/ul/div
