Chief Financial Officer (CFO)GHJ Search & Staffing is working with a well-established electrical contracting firm serving the Los Angeles region, known for delivering top-quality commercial and industrial projects. As the company continues to grow, they are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide strategic financial leadership and guide the business through its next phase of success.Key Responsibilities:Lead the company's financial strategy, planning, and forecastingOversee accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and financial reportingPartner with the CEO and executive team to support business growth and profitabilityDevelop key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to track performanceManage banking relationships, financing, and bonding requirementsEnsure compliance with tax, regulatory, and audit requirementsProvide strategic insights on job costing, project profitability, and operational improvementsLead and mentor the finance and accounting teamQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)Minimum 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experiencePrior experience in construction, electrical contracting, or related industry highly preferredStrong knowledge of WIP (work-in-progress) reporting, job costing, and project-based accountingExcellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skillsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment$200,000 - $250,000 a yearBonus: Performance-based bonus structure
