With unmatched opportunities for advancement, stability, and long-term career success, we offer a performance-driven culture with real earning potential and career growth within the largest automotive dealer group in the country.Responsibilities:Greet customers promptly, professionally, and courteouslyProvide knowledgeable, compelling product presentationsOffer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration drivesProspect and develop new business continuouslyEnter and manage customer information accurately in the CRMFollow the Salesperson Daily Work Plan to maintain follow-upSchedule daily appointments with prospective customersAssist customers through a transparent, customer-focused write-up processMaintain strong knowledge of inventory, pricing, and OEM incentivesParticipate actively in daily sales and training meetingsPractice and refine core sales skills dailyAssist in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the lot and showroomDeliver vehicles to customers and ensure a premium delivery experienceQualifications:Automotive sales experience strongly preferredStrong communication and customer service skillsEfficient typing and accurate data-entry abilityBasic math competencyComfortable with computers, CRM systems, and digital tools (CDK Experience is a Plus)Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving recordWe offer best-in-class industry benefits including competitive pay, medical, dental and vision plans, paid holidays & PTO, short and long-term disability, paid life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, employee stock purchase plan, Lithia Learning Center, vehicle purchase discounts, and wellness programs.
