Role Description

The E-Commerce Manager plays a pivotal role in spearheading E1011 Labs' online sales and digital marketing efforts. This position involves overseeing the development and management of our digital platforms, including our e-commerce website and online marketing channels. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital customer journey, drive online sales growth, and foster brand loyalty among new and existing consumers. This is a full-time on-site role at E1011 Labs in Downtown Los Angeles, CA.


Key Responsibilities:

  • E-Commerce Strategy Development: Craft and implement a robust online sales and marketing strategy that aligns with E1011 Labs’ mission and market dynamics. Focus on innovative digital solutions to enhance consumer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Website Management: Lead the enhancement of the user interface and functionality of our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless, informative, and engaging online shopping experience for our consumers.
  • Product Management: Collaborate with product development teams to ensure accurate and compelling presentation of our elon® and stelo™ product lines online. Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet consumer demand.
  • Digital Marketing: Execute integrated digital marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and convert leads into sales.
  • Customer Experience Optimization: Utilize analytics to gain insights into customer behavior and preferences. Implement strategies to personalize the shopping experience, improve customer satisfaction, and increase loyalty.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of e-commerce strategies and digital marketing initiatives. Make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in eCommerce management, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the smoking accessories or cannabis industry.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce).
  • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in analytics tools.
  • Exceptional project management abilities and a results-driven mindset.
  • Deep knowledge of the cannabis industry and passion for wellness and innovation.
