Description

Provides management and support of operations. Responsible for resource management, customer relations and operational standards. Partners with Nursing and Medical Directors to develop program and fiscal planning for the services. Collaborates to develop integrated delivery system for assigned areas and seamless patient care.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • 5 years relevant clinical, hospital based care, management or operational leadership experience.
  • Sufficient and progressively responsible management experience in a health care setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration.

About the Team

Providence has been serving the Pacific Northwest since 1856 when Mother Joseph and four other Sisters of Providence arrived in Vancouver, Washington Territory.
