Customer Service Representative IiWhat Customer Operations Support contributes to Cardinal HealthCustomer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution.Job Summary The Representative II, Customer Service Operations is responsible for providing services to customers by acting as a liaison in problem-solving, research and order problem/dispute resolution.ResponsibilitiesOffer professional and timely service as a representative of Cardinal Health at-HomeSupport an inbound call queue, providing assistance in placing orders, searching products, processing returns, responding to order inquiries, providing delivery updates, and answering questionsProvide problem resolution for order issues in a timely mannerQualificationsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred2-4 years' experience in Customer Service preferredPrior computer experience using Microsoft Office systems requiredTeam-oriented mindsetDemonstrate a passion for healthcareStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWhat is expected of you and others at this levelApplies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete standard tasksWorks on routine assignments that require basic problem resolutionRefers to policies and past
