Contracted locum Physician/Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Asst. needed for our Corporate Worksite Clinic located on the North Side of Omaha for the following shifts:


Thursday, August 22nd - 8 am to 10 am

Friday August 30th - 7 am to 5 pm

Friday Sept. 6th - 7 am to 5 pm

Friday Sept. 13th - 7am to 5 pm


MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ALL SHIFTS

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Performs general medical care including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, treatment, follow-ups, consultations and education.
  • Records patient medical history.
  • Formulates and plans initial plan of care.
  • Practices health and safety requirements.
  • Follows patient progress and makes changes in treatment as necessary.
  • Refers patients to specialist as needed
  • Orders and interprets laboratory studies/examinations to determine treatment, orders medication and other forms of treatment.
  • Follow up on lab/diagnostic results and report findings to patients.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a Licensed Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Asst. in the state of Nebraska
  • 2+ years of clinical practice in a primary care setting preferable


Rate of pay for NP/PA is $63-$67 per hour, depending on experience

Rate of Pay for Physician is $115 - $130 per hour, depending on experience
