Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Billing Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $52,000 to $80,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients. Reconcile billing accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare regular billing reports for management review. Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and disputes. Maintain and update billing records and databases. Ensure billing practices comply with company policies and regulations. Identify and implement improvements to billing processes. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments. Assist in the implementation and testing of new billing systems. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in E-Billing and Legal experience ideally, accounts receivable, or a related financial role. Experience with billing software and financial systems is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Familiarity with billing software's. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
