Senior Director Of Product SolutionsCytel is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Product Solutions to lead our North American software commercial strategy. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, the Senior Director will be responsible for developing and executing strategic commercial initiatives to drive revenue growth and expand market share for Cytel's suite of software products. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Responsibilities include:Developing and implementing strategic plans to help achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability for Cytel's software solutions.Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including C-suite executives, decision-makers, and influencers.Identifying new business opportunities and developing innovative strategies to expand Cytel's customer base and penetrate new markets.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and execution of initiatives.Staying abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.Representing Cytel at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote our brand, showcase our products, and build relationships with key stakeholders.Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures, and upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct in all activities.Qualifications:Must possess biostatistics and drug development expertise to effectively articulate the value proposition of our niche software and properly qualify prospects.Must have an advanced degree in biostatistics, science, or business.Minimum of 10 years of experience in drug development.Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including an understanding of clinical trial processes, regulatory requirements, and market trends.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence senior-level executives and key decision-makers.Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset & proactive approach to problem-solving.Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Willingness to travel as needed (30% domestically).Cytel Inc. is an Equal Employment / Affirmative Action Employer.
