Schedule: January-March Part Time (Tuesday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm); April - August Full Time - (M-F 8:30am-5:00pm)The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with:Greeting all visitors, employees and applicantsMaintaining the day-to-day administrative function of a highly active Human Resources officeUnderstanding and speaking to hotel policies and enforcementAnswering incoming calls and directing to the appropriate departmentWalk-in inquiries and responding to email inquiriesCoordination of employee relations events to include assisting the HR Manager/Director with community outreach initiativesOwnership of the onboarding process to include conducting new hire orientation and processing new hire paperworkAssisting with password resetsMaintaining digital employment filesOwnership of hotel compliance training assignments/certifications/food & alcohol permit auditingMaintaining cleanliness and organization of the HR officeOther administrative actions as required by HR Manager, Director of Human Resources, or Leadership Committee MembersHyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards. The starting hourly rate for this role is $21.57.
