Responsibilities for a Clinical Associate:

  • Lead, inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
  • Visit our Adult/ Pediatric clients and conduct assessments in Duncansville, PA and other surrounding areas(Blair, Bedford, and Fulton county).
  • Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
  • Supervise LPN's, RN's, and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation.
  • Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.

If you’re a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills, then a Clinical Associate position could be your dream job

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
