Sr. Budget Analyst-Oregon State Hospital (Fiscal Analyst 3)The Oregon State Hospital CFO is looking for a Fiscal Analyst to focus on controlling and monitoring expenditure and revenue throughout OSH. If so, we hope you will apply today.This position is a Senior Fiscal Advisor to the CFO/COO and other executive management at the Oregon State Hospital and a key part of administrative operations, reporting directly to the CFO/COO, under Finance and Operations.The Finance and Operations department guides and oversees administrative and business operations across the hospital system. Experience must have included modeling and forecasting fiscal information. ORA Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public or Non-Profit Management, Finance, Accounting or a related degree (such as Public Policy, Political Science, Public Administration or other analytical or technical degree) may substitute for three years of the required experience.A graduate-level degree in any of the above areas may substitute for four of the six years.Desired Attributes: The following are skills and lived experiences that we have identified as key to success in this role at OHA.
