In this position, you will perform various warehouse activities as well as receive, input, sort, load, and unload products. You will organize stock, maintain inventory, and process, pack, and ship orders.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:Inspect products for damages; report as neededIdentify and store material accordinglyReceive, unload and appropriately sort and store incoming shipments.Pull, stage and package material for shipment; process, pack, and ship orders accuratelyMaintain inventory of products; restock as neededAssist all will-call and walk-in customersOperate saw to cut materials to specified dimensionsMaintain a safe and clean work environment; notify management of any issues or concernsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Proficiency in standard office and warehouse equipmentKnowledge of warehouse functions and processesFamiliarity with the use of hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other necessary warehouse equipmentAbility to skillfully and safely operate a forkliftGood working knowledge of warehouse data systemsSolid communication skills and inventory skillsMust regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 poundsEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years' experience in a warehouse roleBenefits Package:DailyPay Earned Wage AccessMedicalDentalVisionFlexible Spending Account401K Plan with Company MatchBasic Life and AD&DVoluntary Life InsuranceShort Term DisabilityLong Term DisabilityEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid Time Off (PTO)Paid HolidaysMorgan Stanley Financial AdviceAccident, Critical Illness and Hospital IndemnityMetLife Legal PlanNorton LifeLockUnited Pet Care Discount ProgramLifeMart Employee DiscountsPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
