Summary

The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the necessary activities to deliver to customers the required products satisfying technical/quality specifications and promised delivery.


Key Activities

  • Ability to effectively work with customer service, sales, and customers to resolve quality concerns in a timely manner.
  • Developing and implementing FFU quality specifications, test protocols and equipment.
  • Identifying and implementing quality statistical process control (SPC) systems.
  • Determines quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes.
  • Develops sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data; and making recommendations.
  • Ensures products adhere to company and customer quality standards.
  • Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
  • Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
  • Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
  • Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety & SQF regulations.
  • SQF/ISO requirements compliance.


Preferred Skills

  • ASQ certification preferred.


Educations & Experience


  • Degree in quality, packaging, industrial, or mechanical engineering.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role.
  • Experience coding and using QA software tools and processes.
