Financial Planning & Analysis ManagerThe Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for all issues related to strategic financial analysis and business analysis. They will create and use complex financial modeling and partner with key stakeholders to provide insight into financial and operating trends in support of the company's continued growth, financial support of business cases and decisions, and play a key role in annual budgeting and forecasting. The FP&A Manager will deliver value-added financial analysis and meaningful related reports that lead to insightful and accurate business decision making for Senior Leadership Team Members and Directors.Responsibilities:Lead the development, analysis and reporting of annual operating budgets, quarterly forecast process and long-range strategic financial planManage the financial planning and reporting, including analyzing business trends, identifying profit opportunities and key management metrics and operating mechanisms, as well as close collaboration with accounting to ensure accurate reportingLead special projects such as capital project development support, site-specific analysis, district or regional analysis and requests as assignedUnderstand the key business issues and cost drivers, the competitive landscape and market driversChallenge status quo thinking, challenge decision making by providing reliable and insightful modeling to solve problems and achieve growthProponent of continuous process improvement and implementation of consistent toolkits to drive efficiency and effectivenessAct as Finance Systems Expert for Excel and other FP&A technologiesKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong analytical skillsAbility to pay attention to details while also understanding financial impacts at a macro levelAdvance MS Excel expertise; including Macros, Power Queries, and advanced logic statementsStrong understanding of GAAPExperience using tools such as Alteryx, Power BI and/or TableauEducation and Requirements:Required:Five years of financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis experienceBachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related fieldExcellent interpretation of complex statistical data and the ability to analyze and interpret financial dataPreferred:Retail and/or food service industry experience strongly desiredPassion for constant and continued learningProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesParker's is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
