Property Management SupervisorAs a Property Management Supervisor, you will serve as a direct report to the Manager of Property Management and can manage work continuity in the absence of the Manager. The primary responsibility will be assisting the Manager in resolving many of the thousands of matters that are received by Property Management annually. These matters vary greatly in complexity and urgency with a portfolio of approximately 7,000 properties including retail stores, distribution centers and offices in the US and Puerto Rico.Responsibilities:Ability to read and interpret commercial real estate documents including, but not limited to, lease agreements, amendments, property deeds, title policies, easement agreements, site plans and surveys.Negotiate disposition deals, use restriction waivers, easements, ECR agreements and any other commercial real estate documents that may be necessary to protect and enhance our real estate portfolio.Supervise a growing team that supports and handles Property Management Matter Resolutions. The areas of responsibility for this direct report would include lease interpretation, negotiations, property dispositions, matter resolutions, and being a business reviewer for new legal documents created in Property Management.Support the Manager of Property Management by handling special projects, mentoring their team, and training new AutoZoners.Manage multiple responsibilities, including their team, and support numerous other departments within the company.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalentFive years' experience in Commercial Property Management or Commercial Real EstateDemonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of commercial real estate documents, terminology, and practicesDemonstrates the ability to adapt to multiple software applicationsWillingness to learn various software applications and databasesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbout Autozone:Since opening our first store in 1979, AutoZone has grown into a leading retailer and distributor of automotive parts and accessories across the Americas.
