They have a large backlog of heavy civil, highway, bridge, tunnel and utilities experience. The Project Manager will have opportunity to learn about all different areas of construction. Job Description Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines. Budget Management: Estimate costs, manage budgets, and ensure financial efficiency. Resource Allocation: Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment needed for construction. Team Leadership: Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel. Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact between clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders. Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones and adjust plans to stay on schedule. Problem Solving: Address delays, risks, and unexpected issues promptly.
