Our client is looking for a warehouse associate to join their team If you are interested in getting into the IT field or enjoy working in a warehouse setting, the warehouse associate position is the job for youStatus: Temp To HireCompensation: $22.00Location: Sterling, VASchedule: Monday- Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PMRoles and ResponsibilitiesParticipates in all aspects of shipping, receiving, organizing, and storing of goods in the warehouseAbility to manage the installation of custom images on several computers simultaneously is a plusAbility to work with limited supervision on a daily basisAbility to perform inventory counts and audits as neededAbility to perform data collection and recordingQualifications and Education Requirements1-2 years of working in a warehouse settingKnowledge of basic computer imaging processes utilizing Ghost preferredHighschool or GED requiredPreferred SkillsSolid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and work with customers, teams, and management at all levels in a cross-functional environmentExcellent oral and written communications; an ability to present and discuss departmental information in a way that establishes rapport, persuades others, and gains understanding no matter the level of audienceBasic understanding of shipping and receiving processesCritical thinking and problem solvingExcellent planning and organizational skillsExperience with UPS program and shipping policiesSome Technical/computer support skills preferredWork Environment/Physical Demands:Must have a positive attitude and be very detail oriented. Able to move quickly to meet warehouse demands. Must be able to lift up to 50-75 lbs. repetitively.
