Position Overview: Synechron seeking an innovative and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with a strong background in React and foundational knowledge of General Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) and Prompt Engineering. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and maintenance of cutting-edge, scalable, and high-performance banking software applications. Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable full-stack applications using Java and React.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a field relevant to the role.
  • Demonstrable experience in Java Full Stack Development with a strong command of React and its core principles.
  • Knowledgeable in Gen AI & Prompt Engineering and their practical application within the realm of software development.
  • A solid grasp of software engineering principles, including design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs, working with microservices architecture, and familiar with cloud service platforms.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen interest in the synergy of AI technologies and software development processes.


Desired Skills:

  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team environment.
