Regional DirectorFST Technical Services' Commissioning (Cx) division is among the nation's leading Cx firms, delivering unmatched quality assurance across the design, construction, and post-acceptance phases of building projects. We ensure mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and associated systems are designed, installed, and functionally tested to meet clients' exacting requirements and design intent. We are seeking a Regional Director to lead our regional teams, drive business growth, and set the standard for technical excellence. This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to shape the future of our organization and the careers of the engineers you mentor. Be part of a nationally recognized firm renowned for innovation and technical excellence. Lead and develop a team of high-performing Engineering Managers and Senior Engineers. Work on high-profile projects that define the standards of the commissioning industry. Drive operational strategy and have a direct impact on the growth and success of the region.Key Responsibilities:Ensure regional staff is organized and staff is fully utilizedProvide guidance and oversight to regional Senior Engineers on new business initiativesDevelop ongoing support of the organizationShare resources to keep best staff in front of the clientReview and develop/approve financial reporting on monthly/quarterly basisLead the execution of continued growth, development, and mentoring of staffProvide technical expertise and guidance on large and/or complicated projects within all regionsEnsure quality control of projects to allow for the best possible product to be presented to the clientProposal generation and review as requiredRelationship management with new and/or strategic clientsAny special projects as requiredRequirements:Bachelors degree10+ years Engineering Experience, including 8 years of management experienceProven track record and excellent customer relation skillsStrong communication skillsExcellent coach and mentor skillsStrong financial and analytical skillsAbility to present in front of a group of peopleExcellent interpersonal skillsMust be physically fit and capable of lifting at least 30 pounds and climbing laddersTravel requiredTake the Next Step in Your Leadership Journey If you are a visionary engineering leader ready to make a measurable impact on both people and projects, FST Technical Services is your next career destination.
