Our client is currently seeking a Technical Business Systems Analyst. Location: On-site in Wilmington, DE or NYC, NY Type: 6-Month Contract (Right to Hire) Rate: $60-$70/hr (Based on Experience) About the Role: Join a high-impact team focused on platform modernization and cloud migration. As a Technical Product Systems Analyst, you'll drive discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design in an agile environment. You'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, cloud-native solutions. The more technical, the better Team is all modernization, migrating to cloud. Building new platforms. They need someone to gather requirements and do their own research, true drivers or getting the right requirements, agile environment creating epics and stories, host ceremonies and standups, refinements, discovery sessions, business architecture experience. Must be able to construct a capability map. Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and discovery sessions Create epics, user stories, and facilitate agile ceremonies Develop capability maps and business architecture models Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and tech Support data analysis, integrations, and UAT Manage Jira hygiene, roadmap alignment, and release planning Qualifications: 5+ years as a Technical BSA or Business Architect Experience in cloud migration and platform modernization Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficiency in SQL, APIs, Splunk, UI/UX, and agile tools (Jira, Confluence) Joy Provenzano The Judge Group 732-497-4246 jprovenzano@judge.com
