Account Clerk IIIThe Hawai`i State Judiciary is seeking an Account Clerk III for Recruitment Number 25-237JC in Honolulu, Oahu. The position involves maintaining control accounts for appropriated and/or non-appropriated funds, supervising and participating in the maintenance of subsidiary ledgers, and performing other related duties.Minimum qualification requirements include: general experience of one-half (1/2) year demonstrating knowledge of arithmetic and spelling, and the ability to follow directions and observe differences in words and numbers accurately. Specialized experience of two (2) years involving posting to accounting records and systematizing fiscal information is required. Non-qualifying experience includes work primarily concerned with posting non-fiscal data or checking accuracy of computations without fiscal record keeping knowledge. Supervisory aptitude may be required for some positions.Substitutions for experience include graduation from high school or equivalent with courses in basic English and arithmetic, an associate's degree or equivalent in accounting, completion of one school year of accounting courses, or a baccalaureate degree in accounting.Additional information can be submitted by email to Recruitment@courts.hawaii.gov or mailed to the Human Resources Department at Hawaii State Judiciary, 426 Queen Street, First Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
