This is a hands on position, not an office position. This position will be working with our team on a daily basis working with our front line employees, checking accounts, training new employees, re-supplying accounts, and cleaning.This position reports to the Operations Manager. The individual selected must be capable of working with little supervision, have good people skills and be a problem solver. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Managing labor needs in our locations throughout Lakeland and Winter HavenMaking sure all services are performed to established standards, and in a timely mannerQuality control of area services using customized scorecardsMaintaining supply levels weeklyInteraction with customer while visiting locationsConflict resolutionTracking and reporting weekly progress reports that are custom made for specific sitesEmployee recruiting/on boardingPassion for a job well doneRequirements:Positive and outgoingProblem solverFast pacedFlexible schedule, part-time. 20-30 hours per week, evening only.
