Sales AssociateThis position is located at 459 E Interstate 20, Arlington, Texas, 76018 United States.A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through maintaining organized product flow, helping to ring customer transactions as a cashier, and providing a genuine experience to each customer in all areas of the sales floor.Role ResponsibilitiesInitiates conversation with customers as they enter the store and informs them of current promotionsSupports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers, sharing product information, and helping to maintain a well-kept, clean storeProcesses sales for the customer accurately and efficiently as a cashierContributes to the store by being positive, respectful, and helpful to othersCollaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas and jumping in to support the needs of the teamExhibits a willingness to learn and adapt; is flexible to change and open to try new ways of doing thingsEnsures timeliness and accountability to scheduled shifts to support a well-staffed, positive environmentMaintains visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customerSupports processing shipment, tagging, staging, and placing new productAdheres to store's safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the storeRole QualificationsExperience in customer serviceExperience being a team playerAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights and weekends and holidaysAbility to lift and carry heavy boxes and furnitureThe PerksURBN offers comprehensive perks & benefits to employees.
