Responsibilities: •Deliver therapy interventions per PT plan of care •Document patient progress and response to treatment •Assist with patient education and home exercise programs •Communicate patient status to supervising PT •Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards Qualifications: •Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program •Active state PTA license (or ability to obtain) •Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teamsTheraEX Staffing Services Job ID #25-58128.
