Picker PackerWeekly Pay Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Picker Packer for a company based in Winter Springs, FL. In this role you will support the merchandise fulfillment process by ensuring products are accurately prepared and packaged for customer orders. The team members will sort, match, fold, and pack socks and other apparel items according to set guidelines. They will ensure all items meet quality standards, are neatly packaged, correctly labeled, and ready for shipment.Pay Rate: $15.00 per hourSchedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Picker Packer Duties and Responsibilities:We're looking for someone to help sort, fold, and pack merchandise into bags and get them ready for shipping. You'll make sure everything looks good, matches up, and is packaged neatly so it's ready to go out to customers.Key Responsibilities:Sort and check socks and other items and make sure pairs match.Fold and pack socks into bags following simple guidelines, and other merchandise.Label and seal bags neatly.Keep your workspace clean and organized.Follow basic safety and quality rules.Try to meet daily packing goals.Let a supervisor know if you notice any product or equipment problems.Job Type: Temp-to-hireBenefits:Weekly Pay401(k) retirement planMedical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance5 paid Vacation Days after 1 year of continuous service (paid as a service bonus)6 paid Holidays after 1500 continuous hours of service within a calendar yearInterested in this job?
