The office is looking to recruit exceptionally talented individuals to join our mission-driven, West Hollywood-based team.


Join our team, a patient-centric dental practice that provides high-quality care in a welcoming environment. We are currently seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to facilitate the smooth operation of our office and ensure exceptional patient service. You are responsible for ensuring that each guest has a consistent, efficient, and memorable treatment each and every visit. In addition to front desk operations, such as greeting guests, answering phones, managing appointments, and selling treatment plans, you will also work synchronously with doctors as their "right-hand man" and follow-ups to each guest's primary dental office. The treatment coordinator has a vital and impactful role.


Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate treatment plans and follow-ups with dental providers and patients.
  • Provide patients with information on dental procedures, treatment options, and financial estimates.
  • Assist with billing and coding tasks, ensuring compliance with dental insurance regulations.
  • Execute all treatment paperwork, including consent forms, policy forms, and exit paperwork.
  • Manage dentist and hygienist schedules to ensure efficient and productive use of each appointment time.
  • Manage patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Other front desk duties as assigned include answering phones, checking patients in/out, collecting co-pays, scanning/filing, etc.


Qualifications:

  • Comfortable Discussing financial arrangements and collecting money.
  • At least 4 years of dental experience.
  • Being a good teammate with a positive and high-energy personality, dependable,
  • We seek professionals with exceptional customer service skills who can work independently and anticipate the needs of the team and the doctor.
  • Dentrix knowledge: 3 years (Required)
  • Execute all treatment paperwork, including consent, policy, and exit forms.
