Each unit includes 21 beds, divided into two wings: a 14-bed lower acuity wing and a 7-bed higher acuity wing, allowing for tailored, patient-centered care. These units are built around a strong commitment to safety and creating a supportive, therapeutic environment that promotes healing and mental wellness. Staff play a vital role in fostering stability, trust, and recovery for patients during vulnerable moments in their lives. Additional Information About the Position for Qualified Candidates • Up to $900 Sign-On Bonus • Up to 12 hours of front-loaded Paid Time Off • Up to $3,000 Relocation bonus • Up to $0.50 Certification pay • Up to $0.50 BS pay • Job Summary • Provide basic patient care under direction of nursing staff. Obtains information on patient condition as requested by the nursing staff, and reports any changes in patient condition. • Job Requirements • Education • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in psychology or related field • Experience • Preferred: Previous experience with mental health or age specific population • Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exhibits valuable time management skills • Strong analytical/problem solving skills. • Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment. • Licensure/Certification/Registration • BLS must be obtained within 90 days and maintained throughout employment • Must obtain department specific certifications within the designated time frameEducation: • Required: High School Diploma or equivalent • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in psychology or related field Experience: • Preferred: Previous experience with mental health or age specific population Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exhibits valuable time management skills • Strong analytical/problem solving skills. • Flexibility and ability to work in a multi-tasking environment.
